A finales de julio, Global Humanitaria ha participado en el 1er Congreso Municipal de la Pol\u00edtica de la Juventud y de la Mujer<\/strong> organizado por la Municipalidad de Popt\u00fan, en colaboraci\u00f3n con diversas instituciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales con el objetivo de fomentar el desarrollo y la participaci\u00f3n de la mujer en las din\u00e1micas p\u00fablicas. Las pol\u00edticas discutidas y formuladas durante el evento ser\u00e1n esenciales para guiar los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Congreso tuvo lugar en Sal\u00f3n Municipal de Popt\u00fan y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 200 j\u00f3venes, mujeres y representantes de instituciones locales como la Asociaci\u00f3n AMA,<\/a> que promueve el desarrollo integral y los derechos de las ni\u00f1as adolescentes y mujeres j\u00f3venes; MAGA<\/a>, Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Alimentaci\u00f3n ; la Oficina Municipal de la Juventud, (OMJ); <\/a>del MSPAS<\/a>, Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Asistencia Social y de organizaciones que trabajan en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud como SODEJU entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todas ellas debatieron y abordaron temas como: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Educaci\u00f3n Integral ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Salud Integral<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Trabajo, productividad e iniciativas econ\u00f3micas y emprendimiento<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Recreaci\u00f3n, deporte y actividad f\u00edsica, arte y expresiones culturales<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia, abordaje de la conflictividad y construcci\u00f3n de paz<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Organizaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Ambiente y entorno ecol\u00f3gico<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Identidad y Cultura<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Global Humanitaria trabaja con 23 comunidades maya q’eqch\u00ed, rurales y urbano marginales potenciando el papel de la mujer y las j\u00f3venes a trav\u00e9s de programas de capacitaci\u00f3n y de producci\u00f3n sostenible,  as\u00ed como de formaci\u00f3n sobre derechos sexuales y reproductivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las pol\u00edticas dirigidas a los j\u00f3venes y las mujeres son fundamentales para asegurar que las nuevas generaciones est\u00e9n capacitadas, educadas y preparadas para contribuir al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del municipio, incorporar a mujeres y j\u00f3venes en el mercado laboral y en sectores no tradicionales puede diversificar la econom\u00eda y aumentar la resiliencia econ\u00f3mica del municipio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
