How we work: Participatory diagnosis

At the end of July, in the San Luis Robles district of the municipality of Tumaco, a joint workshop was held by Global Humanitaria, the Agrosavia company, and the San Luis Robles Educational Institution. The goal was to develop a participatory assessment of the local community . Students, parents, and community leaders attended this activity, where they helped identify the main strengths, weaknesses, interests, needs, and concerns of their community through a space of dialogue and collective reflection. 
This workshop provided valuable information for developing intervention proposals that respond to local realities and promote the comprehensive development of the region. The initiative also sought to recognize the talents and abilities of the participating youth, especially those related to entrepreneurship, with the aim of fostering initiatives that improve their quality of life at the personal, family, and collective levels within the community.
