Training and support for teachers

Global Humanitaria, in its educational program, has identified centers where the Luker Foundation’s ATAL program is applied to improve student learning from their initial stage. In collaboration with said foundation, we provide training to teachers on how to use it to obtain significant improvements in students. Afterwards, our team of tutors monitors and accompanies the teachers of these centers, to detect if the use of that methodology is carried out correctly.

The adequate development of ATAL, enhances and improves the reading, writing and oral skills of children, through the exercise of reading micro-skills and promoting an inclusive environment conducive to the comprehensive development of students, from kindergarten to first and second grade. primary.

The objective is to improve the students’ skills, so that they can decode and automate the process and acquire greater fluency in reading and a greater degree of understanding of what they read and write.
